This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by ARRANGE TUTOR PRIVATE LIMITED through www.arrangetutor.com.
ARRANGE TUTOR PRIVATE LIMITED provides online education services including live classes, online courses, and Stay Study support services. Since our services are delivered digitally and through scheduled academic support, refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the stage of service delivery.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Services Covered Under This Policy
This policy applies to the following services:
- Live Classes
- Online Courses
- Study Support Services
- Stay Study support and accommodation assistance services, where applicable
2. Live Class Refund Policy
Live classes are scheduled online sessions provided by tutors or academic support professionals.
If a student is not satisfied with a live class or is unable to understand the class, the student or parent/guardian must inform us immediately during the class or as soon as possible after the class ends.
Refunds or class replacement for live classes may be considered only if:
- The student informs us immediately that they are unable to understand the class
- There is a genuine service issue from our side
- The tutor is unavailable or the class is not conducted as scheduled
- There is a technical or operational issue from our side that prevents the class from being delivered properly
If the live class has been completed and no issue was reported during or immediately after the session, the class will be considered delivered and may not be eligible for a refund.
In suitable cases, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement class
- Rescheduled class
- Tutor change
- Partial refund
- Full refund
3. Live Class Cancellation Policy
Students may request cancellation or rescheduling of a live class before the scheduled class time.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible by contacting us through email or phone.
If a student does not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the class may be treated as completed and may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
If ARRANGE TUTOR PRIVATE LIMITED or the assigned tutor cancels a scheduled class, we will offer a rescheduled class or suitable alternative support.
4. Online Course Refund Policy
For online courses, customers may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Refund requests for courses may be considered if:
- The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
- The customer has not substantially used, downloaded, accessed, or completed the course content
- The course access or service has not been misused
- The request is genuine and reasonable
Once a course has been substantially accessed, downloaded, completed, or used, the course may not be eligible for refund.
Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase may not be accepted.
5. Study Support Service Refund Policy
Refunds for paid study support services may be considered only if the service has not started or if there is a genuine service issue from our side.
Once study support has started or support has been provided, the service may not be eligible for a full refund.
Partial refunds may be considered depending on the unused portion of the service and the nature of the request.
6. Stay Study Support and Accommodation Assistance
Stay Study support may include guidance, support, or assistance related to student accommodation, study environment, and related student support services.
If Stay Study support or accommodation assistance is provided free of charge, no refund will apply to this free service.
ARRANGE TUTOR PRIVATE LIMITED may help students with accommodation-related information or support where available. However, unless specifically stated in writing, we do not guarantee accommodation availability, pricing, quality, third-party services, or final accommodation arrangements.
If any paid accommodation-related service is introduced in the future, refund terms for that paid service will be communicated separately before payment.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- The live class has been completed and no issue was reported immediately
- The student did not attend the scheduled class without prior notice
- The course refund request is made after 7 days of purchase
- The course has been substantially accessed, downloaded, completed, or used
- The customer changes their mind after service delivery has started
- The student does not achieve a specific academic result, mark, grade, admission, or outcome
- Incorrect information was provided by the customer during enrollment
- The service could not be delivered due to lack of cooperation, non-availability, or non-response from the customer
- Free services, including free Stay Study support, are not eligible for refund
8. Refund Request Process
To request a refund or cancellation, customers must contact us by email with the following details:
- Full name
- Registered email or phone number
- Service purchased
- Date of purchase
- Payment details or transaction reference, if available
- Reason for refund or cancellation request
- Any supporting details, screenshots, or class-related information, if applicable

9. Refund Review and Approval
All refund requests will be reviewed by ARRANGE TUTOR PRIVATE LIMITED.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Refund approval depends on the service type, usage status, timing of request, and the reason for the request.
We may contact the customer for additional information before approving or rejecting a refund request.
10. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.
The refund will generally be made to the original payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise required or agreed.
The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment service provider.
11. Payment Gateway Charges and Taxes
Where applicable, payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges, international transaction fees, or taxes may be non-refundable if they have already been charged by third-party service providers.
For international payments, refund amounts may vary due to exchange rates, bank charges, or payment processor charges.
12. No Physical Return or Shipping
ARRANGE TUTOR PRIVATE LIMITED provides online education and support services. We do not sell physical goods through this website.
Therefore, physical product return, shipping return, original packaging, and return delivery conditions do not apply to our services.
